Consent to the processing of personal data

You give this consent by ticking the consent checkbox during registration.
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” when registering on airvirtua.ru, I — acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest — give my consent to the operator, Artem Andreevich Solovev, a private individual (contact address: privacy@airvirtua.ru) (the “Operator”), to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. Personal data covered by this consent
- email address;
- first name;
- last name.
I am also aware that my account holds other data which is not personal data in the meaning of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (password hash, interface language, in-game callsign, SimBrief username, avatar colour, game statistics, virtual balance, virtual flight telemetry, service records, referral source at sign-up). Its composition is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration and maintenance of my account (pilot profile); identification and authentication; recording virtual flights and maintaining game statistics; running the community and virtual airlines — showing my profile, airline membership, message authorship and rankings to other registered users (see section 5); showing an active flight on the public live map; sending service notifications; keeping the Platform secure.
3. Operations performed and methods of processing
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amending), use, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — by automated means and without them. Data is stored on a server located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
4. Disclosure to third parties
I am informed and agree that, in order to deliver service emails, my email address and name are passed to an external email delivery provider (SMTP provider) to the extent needed to send the message. No other third parties receive my data. The data is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.
5. Visibility to other users
I agree that my first and last name, in-game callsign, avatar colour, game statistics, rank, awards and virtual airline membership are shown to other registered users in the shared parts of the Platform: in the pilot profile, the airline roster, authorship of forum posts and feedback, in rankings and in private messages. While a virtual flight is in progress, my callsign and the telemetry of that flight are shown on the public live map. My email address is not shown to other users anywhere on the Site.
6. Validity and withdrawal
This consent is valid from the day it is given and for as long as my account exists. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@airvirtua.ru or by deleting my account in my profile settings. After withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted (anonymised), except for data whose retention is required by law and by the Privacy Policy.
7. Confirmations
I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that my rights as a data subject under Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to me, and that I give this consent knowingly.
